1. Prohibited Content for All Characters

Sexual Depictions of Minors

• Regardless of the character's actual age setting, if their attire (such as school uniforms), setting (such as classrooms), or appearance features (such as youthful faces) give the impression that they are minors, any sexual depiction is prohibited.

Sexual Depictions of Real People

• Do not use real people's photos or create sexual depictions of real people (even for adult-oriented characters). If a character is based on a real person, it must be set as "All-Ages (SFW)" and have profit restrictions enabled.

Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights

• If content includes unauthorized third-party copyrighted material, profit features must be disabled. The character may also be set to private after review.

Content Involving Criminal Activities

• Depictions of illegal recording
• Promotion, solicitation, encouragement, or assistance of prostitution
• Explicit depictions of rape, gang rape, or other sexual violence
• Glorification of crimes or detailed explanations of criminal methods
• Use of Red Cross names or red cross symbols

Content Violating Social Ethics and Morals

• Belittling disabled individuals, elderly people, or other vulnerable groups
• Detailed depictions of killing, violence, threats, or abuse against children, elderly, pregnant women, teachers, or parents
• Excessive gore, violence, or dismemberment using dangerous tools
• Promotion, romanticization of suicide, or incitement to suicide
• Discrimination or prejudice without legitimate reasons (based on gender, religion, age, disability, origin, race, region, occupation, etc.)
• Advocacy of gambling or behaviors seriously harmful to healthy living
• Content describing or encouraging bestiality or other sexual acts between humans and animals

• Excessive repetition in character settings or meaningless content

2. Prohibited Content for Teen-Accessible Characters (SFW)

All content described in Section 1 above

Clear Sexual Implications in Character Appearance or Description

• Excessive emphasis on body parts (such as chest, legs)
• Visible genital outlines through clothing
• Excessive nudity
• Depictions involving sexual acts or sexual implications
• Use of terms related to genitals, pubic hair, or sexual expressions
• Character content where the character appears to be under 19 years old

3. SpicyLovers AI Image Standard Prohibitions

Profile Image (Main) Prohibitions

• Content causing discomfort to other users
• Exposure of female nipples, depictions of sexual acts, explicit intimate behavior (※ Male nipple exposure is acceptable)
• If the image is in realistic style or may be judged as a real person, it must be clearly marked as AI-generated in the character description or image.
• For images based on real-person character actions, high-intensity expressions involving sexual acts or excessive intimate contact are not allowed.

Additional Image Prohibitions

• Genitals, anus, pubic hair, or surrounding areas not properly obscured (e.g., with black/white covering)
• Pixel blur or transparent materials still revealing private parts are also not allowed
• Skin-tone covering is not permitted
• For images based on real-person character actions, high-intensity expressions involving sexual acts or excessive intimate contact are not allowed.

Prohibitions Regarding Adult Toys Using Human-like Bodies

• Whether unused or in use, if not processed with colored mosaic, it is not allowed (colored mosaic standards are the same as above).

Prohibitions Regarding Adult Toys Using Non-Human-like Bodies

• When unused: No mosaic processing required.
• When in use: If not processed with colored mosaic, it is not allowed (colored mosaic standards are the same as above).

4. External Link Guidelines

• SpicyLovers AI is a space for creators and users to connect. You may freely include links to personal SNS (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) or portfolio websites. However, links directing users to other AI character platforms or competing platforms are prohibited (e.g., creator/character pages on other platforms, registration/payment redirect links, etc.).
• If this guideline is violated, the operations team may, at its discretion, delete related content or impose restrictions.
